Production and quality, in plain terms.
We coordinate production against the approved sample and specification. The steps below describe how a programme is organised; the exact production arrangement, inspection plan and documentation are confirmed for each order.

Four stages, in sequence.
Each stage has an agreed check before the work moves on. That is how a construction decision made at sampling survives into the bulk order.

Cutting
Patterns are laid out and cut in batches. Material direction and repeat matching are checked before bundles move to the line.

Stitching
Bodies, gussets and linings are sewn on industrial machines, with stitch density and seam alignment controlled at each station.

Assembly
Hardware, zips and handles are fitted and aligned. Stress points are reinforced before the bag is turned and pressed.

Packing
Finished bags are checked, folded to the approved method and packed with the specified hangtags and carton marks.
02 — Quality
Checks agreed before dispatch.
Inspection is recorded against the sealed sample. The final inspection plan, sampling level and record format are agreed for each order.
Q1
Incoming material check
Fabric, lining, zips and hardware are checked against the approved specification before cutting.
Q2
In-process inspection
Measurements, stitch density and hardware alignment are checked at agreed points during production.
Q3
Pre-shipment inspection
Finished goods are checked against the sealed sample, with packing and carton marks verified before dispatch.
03 — Documentation
Documents agreed per order.
Certification, test and audit requirements depend on the material, market and buyer. They are agreed as part of the order rather than presented as general claims.
Material documents
Supplier documents for the selected materials are confirmed against the agreed specification.
Test requirements
Test standards and receiving-market requirements are listed before the order is placed.
Sealed sample
The approved sample is retained as the reference for production and inspection.
Inspection record
In-process and pre-shipment observations are recorded in the format agreed with the buyer.
No certification logos are shown on this site until the documents and their scope are confirmed for a specific order.
