Sample and production lead times are quoted per project. They depend on material availability, hardware lead time and the number of revisions — not on a fixed published calendar.

What is the minimum order for a custom bag?+
It depends on the construction and material. Simple styles in stock fabrics usually need less than structured goods with new hardware. The minimum is confirmed with the quotation, once the specification is agreed.
Can you work from our tech pack or a reference sample?+
Yes. We can work from a tech pack, a pattern, a reference sample or a set of drawings. If the specification is incomplete, we list the open points before sampling so nothing is assumed.
How does sampling work?+
We quote the sample, build it from the agreed specification and send it with revision notes. Buyers confirm materials, measurements, logo placement and packing. Changes are handled as a revision before bulk production is scheduled.
Can you support factory audits and certification reviews?+
Audit and documentation requirements are discussed as part of the order. Certificates are not displayed on this site until their scope has been verified for the specific production arrangement.
